Jean Bonin, CPAJean joined Dermody, Burke & Brown in 2008 as an Audit & Accounting Senior Manager with over 20 years of experience. She previously worked with a Big 4 accounting firm where she was the coordinator of employee benefit plan audits. In addition, during that time Jean served as the audit engagement senior manager for several large privately owned manufacturing clients. Her experience with auditing large organizations in Central New York in various industries is a huge asset to the firm and our clients. Jean is the leader of the Employee Benefits Plan niche which is a rapidly growing niche of the firm. She ensures that clients have peace of mind; knowing they are meeting their fiduciary responsibilities. Jean is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. David CoreyDavid has been in public accounting for approximately nine years, all at Dermody, Burke & Brown. As an Audit and Accounting Senior Manager at the firm, David works mainly on family owned, closely-held businesses in the manufacturing and construction industry with some additional work done on retail establishments in the accounting and tax areas including multi-state taxation and Empire Zone issues. He has extensive experience in both individual and corporate tax issues, included multi-state and international taxation, and also with for-profit financial statements.
