Sarbanes-Oxley ICT Readiness & Planning- Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act mandates managers of public companies to establish and maintain an adequate internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting. DB&B helps clients analyze their existing ICT infrastructure to ensure that its internal controls are compliant with the law. If remedial action is needed, we design and implement controls to identify ICT-related risks and those within the overall financial reporting process.
