
Dermody, Burke & Brown's Ted Sarenski Attends National AICPA Committee Meeting

Recently, Ted Sarenski, a partner and founding member of Financial Services at Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC, attended the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Personal Financial Planning (PFP) Executive Committee Meeting in New York City. The PFP Executive Committee of the AICPA is the governing committee for all CPAs in the nation who perform personal financial planning services. Its members are in charge of rules, regulations, pronouncements, development and marketing of CPA/PFS credential holders across the nation. In addition to sitting on the AICPA PFP Executive Committee, Sarenski is also a member of the AICPA Eldercare/PrimePlus Task Force. He was appointed liaison between the two committees and is responsible for eventually bringing them together as one. Sarenski is also a member of the AICPA Social Security Task Force, Virtual Grassroots Panel and Planner Editorial Advisory Board.
