Karen is a Tax Member with DB&B and serves as the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer. She leads the Firm’s Physician and Dental Practice Groups, as well as the Business Valuation Practice Group. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance and planning, business valuation, and consulting. She specializes in the preparation and review of complex business and individual tax returns.  She concentrates her practice with physician and dental practices, closely-held businesses in construction and manufacturing industries, and individual clients.

Education & Professional Certifications

Karen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).

She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Syracuse.
