Thomas Palmer is a principal in the Audit & Assurance Department at DB&B. He has 25 years of experience in audit, tax and accounting services. He specializes in completing audit and review engagements of not-for-profit organization and governmental entities.  His expertise extends to both technical and client service matters, and he is an active member of the firm’s Quality Assurance Committee, where he focuses on enhancing service quality, addressing technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Education & Professional Certifications

Thomas has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and is member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He currently serves as a board member and executive finance committee member for Meal on Wheels of Syracuse NY Inc.
