Travis Smith is a principal in the Audit & Assurance Department at DB&B. He has nearly 20 years of experience in audit, tax, and accounting services. He specializes in not-for-profit organizations including health and human service providers, foundations, religious organizations and single audits.  His expertise extends to both technical and client service matters, and he is an active member of the firm’s Assurance Committee, where he focuses on enhancing service quality, addressing technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Education & Professional Certifications

Travis has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and is member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), including their Not-for-Profit section. He currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Helio Health, Inc.
