The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise and review a variety of audits, reviews, compilations and agreed upon procedures.
- Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the partner and execute it in compliance with Firm’s policies and procedures.
- Stay current on new accounting pronouncements and their impact on clients.
- Provide timely performance feedback on projects.
- Mentor and training of professional staff.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Generate, cultivate and manage business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting required
- CPA license required
- Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS and statistical analysis ratios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects/task on a timely basis while monitoring time spent
- Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Salary $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.
