Elizabeth A. Kapfer joined Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC in 2008 and has seven years of public accounting experience. As a Senior Tax Associate at the firm, Elizabeth plans and executes audits, reviews and compilations as well as personal, corporate and partnership tax returns for a variety of clients including local unions, not-for-profit and for profit entities. In 2010 Elizabeth became a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. As a Pro Advisor she provides training to clients and assists them in utilizing the software's features for their specific needs.

Elizabeth is a graduate of State University of New York College at Oswego. She is actively involved in the community as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters USA program. She also regularly volunteers with the Syracuse Area Salvation Army.

Elizabeth resides in downtown Syracuse, NY.
